Kyritech is a software and technology studio based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. You can reach us any time at info@kyritech.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget, timeline and a description of your project. The estimate tool also sends us the options you selected so we can prepare an accurate quote.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Storage and retention

Submissions live in our business email account. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the project conversation, and delete it on request.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Hostinger, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). The contact page embeds a Google Map and pages load fonts from Google Fonts; those requests are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. To block spam, our form endpoint keeps short-lived, hashed rate-limiting counters; they contain no readable personal data and expire automatically.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kyritech.com and we will action it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
