What this covers
These terms apply to our three fixed-price website packages: Basic (AU$850), Premium — Website in 7 Days (AU$1,990) and E-Commerce (AU$4,500). They work together with our general Terms of Service; for anything not covered here, those terms apply.

Delivery clocks are business days and start when we confirm your content is complete, not when you pay.
What's included
Every package is built with our design system and includes a mobile-first, fast-loading build; SEO basics (page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap and local business schema); a spam-protected contact form; and one deployment to your live domain. Content — text, images and your logo — is provided by you. Page counts, delivery times and revision rounds are set out in the table above. Premium adds Google Search Console and Analytics set up for you, a WhatsApp click-to-chat button, a priority build slot and 30 days of post-launch support. E-Commerce adds everything in the e-commerce scope section below.
What's not included
Customer logins or portals, booking engines, and custom software features are outside every package. On Basic and Premium, e-commerce and checkout are also outside the package — that is what the E-Commerce package is for. Copywriting and photography are available as add-ons, quoted separately. Ongoing updates after launch are not included — see the care plan below.
Timeline and our guarantee
The seven-business-day guarantee applies to the Premium package only. If we miss it, AU$500 comes off your invoice — in writing. Where the package has already been paid in full, that AU$500 is refunded to you. Basic (14 business days) and E-Commerce (21 business days) are delivery targets we work to, but they do not carry the AU$500 guarantee.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in your package is in the table above. A revision round is one consolidated written list of changes to existing pages. New pages, new features or a change of direction after approval are quoted separately. Revision requests are made within 14 days of delivery.
Hosting and domain
Premium and E-Commerce include managed hosting for the first 12 months. After that it renews at our standard rate (currently AU$149/year), or we transfer the site to your own hosting account free of charge — your choice. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. On Basic, hosting and your domain are set up in your name from the start and paid by you directly to the provider (typically AU$5-25 per month); we do not host Basic sites.
E-commerce scope
The E-Commerce package includes an online store with up to 20 products loaded by us, secure checkout (cards, Apple Pay and similar wallets through the payment provider you choose), shipping rates and order emails configured, and one product-management training session. Products beyond the first 20 are either quoted separately or loaded by you after training — that is what the training session is for. Payment provider fees, transaction fees and any store platform subscription are paid by you directly to those providers.
Fit check and refunds
After you complete the project brief, we review it within two business days. If the package is not the right fit for what you need, we tell you straight away and refund you in full. After work begins, cancellation follows our general Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we lose touch
If we cannot reach you for 60 days, we may close the project and refund any unearned portion of what you have paid.
After launch
The site is yours: the domain, the hosting account and the code are in your name, with no lock-in. An optional care plan covering updates, backups and security is available from AU$149 per month — that is a separate monthly service, not the AU$149/year hosting renewal described above.
Payment and acceptance
Every package is paid in full up front through our secure hosted payment page. Completing checkout confirms you accept these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
