Carpay
A payments platform that runs vehicle-rental collections end to end, so operators stop chasing money and get paid on time, automatically.
The challenge
Vehicle-rental operators lose hours every week just chasing money. Payments are owed across dozens of active rentals, due dates slip, and someone has to manually follow each one up, then reconcile what actually landed in the bank against what was owed. It is slow, easy to get wrong, and it scales badly: the more vehicles on the road, the more the admin hurts.
What we built
Carpay turns that whole routine into something that runs on its own. Operators see who owes what in real time. Payments are collected and matched automatically, reminders go out without anyone lifting a finger, and the books stay reconciled as the money moves. It installs like an app, so a team can run collections from any device, anywhere.
The outcome
Late payments surface the moment they happen and chase themselves. A task that used to eat hours every week now runs quietly in the background, and the operator simply gets paid on time. It is the difference between managing payments and forgetting about them.
